Return  Policy

At Home Body Pilates, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us at support@homebodypilates.ca so we can assist you.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on physical retail items, including:

• Silk scrunchies

• Grip socks

• Other non-custom accessories
   

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
   

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Digital items (e.g., gift cards)

• Opened or used products

• Sale or discounted items (final sale)
   

How to Start a Return

Please email support@homebodypilates.ca with:

• Your name

• Order number

• Item(s) you wish to return
   

We will reply within 2 business days with next steps.
 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. 
 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different colour or style, please contact us at support@homebodypilates.ca to arrange an exchange. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanges.
