Shipping Destinations

Home Body Pilates currently ships orders within Canada only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping is available across Canada.

• Standard shipping: 5–10 business days

• Free shipping on orders $100+ (before tax)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays.

Order Pickup (Local Clients)

Local clients may pick up orders at the studio by appointment.
Please email support@homebodypilates.ca to arrange pickup.

Tracking Information

When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Incorrect Address

Please verify your shipping address carefully.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer and we cannot change the shipping address once the order has been placed.

Shipping Damage

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at support@homebodypilates.ca with photos so we can assist you.
